Crafting Instructions
You will need:
- Paper Bag
- Owl eye templates (click to download)
- Colouring pens/pencils
- Glue Stick
- Coloured paper for wings/head
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Lay the paper bag flat with the folded flap facing up.
- Cut off the handles.
- Glue the eye templates onto the front of the bag. If you want colour in the eyes yellow or orange.
- Cut a large triangle from coloured paper and glue it above the eyes to create the owl’s brow.
- Use a black pen to draw a small triangle beneath the brow to make the owl’s beak.
- Cut two wing shapes from coloured paper and glue one to each side of the bag. (You could draw around your hand to create the wings.)
- Use a black pen to draw feathers on the owl’s body.
Allow the glue to dry, then proudly display your colourful owl creation!
