To Make

1. Cut a strip of card and bend it to go around your head. Stick or staple it to make a band.
2. Fold the black paper and cut out an eye mask and stick it on the band.
3. Cut out 5 Long triangles for the hat and stick/ staple them on to the band.
4. Stick on the bells/beads, one on each point.
5. You can finish your mask with GLITTER!
