7 May , 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Storytime in Bath Central Library’s calming Sensory Space, designed for young children who are autistic, have sensory needs, or would simply benefit from a quieter environment. Sessions are recommended for children who would find picture books engaging and appropriate for their learning needs.
Join us for stories and explore special resources like Story Sacks, which help spark interest in books.
Booking is required- one ticket per adult and child, but the session is fully flexible – families are welcome to come and go whenever they need. As spaces are limited (one ticket per adult and child), please cancel your booking if you can no longer attend so others can join.
Families where the parent/carer have their own sensory needs and would also benefit from the quieter environment are welcome with their young children.
Sendias Bathnes will be in the library 9.30-12 – pop along to find out more about their service and how they can support your family.
New to the Sensory Space and Library? Check out our video and picture guides on the Access for All webpage, where you’ll also find details about our inclusive resources.
