Join us at Bath Library to view some of the treasures of our Juvenile Collection.
Bath Library’s Juvenile collection was initially donated to the library in the 1950s. Today it’s a large collection of children’s literature which includes books, annuals, magazines, pamphlets and miniatures dating back to Victorian times with a few earlier examples.
The showcase will beautiful editions of well known children’s literature, such as Peter Pan, The Borrowers, Andrew Lang’s Fairy Books and Carnegie Medal Winners from across the decades.
The talk will focus on why we have a Juvenile Collection and will highlight some of our favourite titles.
