SUMMARY:Relaxed Storytime at Bath Central Library
DESCRIPTION:Relaxed\, child-led Storytime in a quieter library environment\, with access to our Sensory Space and inclusive resources. Free drop-in.Relaxed Storytime at Bath Central Library Join us for a relaxed Storytime in Bath Central Library’s Children’s Area\, with access to our calming Sensory Space throughout the session. These informal sessions are child-led and flexible\, with no pressure to sit still\, join in\, or participate in a particular way. We follow the interests and needs of the children attending\, creating a welcoming environment where families can enjoy stories at their own pace. Children can also explore inclusive resources\, including Story Sacks\, which help bring books to life and encourage a love of reading through play and discovery. We welcome young children who are autistic\, have sensory needs\, or would simply benefit from a quieter library experience. Families where parents or carers would also appreciate a calmer environment are warmly welcome. New to the Sensory Space and Library? Check out our video and picture guides on the Access for All webpage\, where you’ll also find details about our inclusive resources. Free drop-in session. No booking required.
